If and when we accept credit cards through this site, we will reveal only the last digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order or payment. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card processor.
ORDER PROCESSING
As a customer of WPVS, you can still continue to place your orders directly with your sales representative. However, now you will also have access to our website where you can place your order, pay on your account, check out inventory options and print your invoices, statements, etc. If you choose to place your order on line, we will typically fill and deliver the order according to our regular delivery route. WPVS does reserve the right to ship partial orders via UPS, FED EX or USPS if our delivery truck is not available in a timely manner. ORDER CANCELLATION
WPVS web site does not offer on-line order cancellation. To cancel an order, please contact us directly by phone 417-256-7111 or 1-800-658-0273. Or contact your sales representative and they will handle the cancellation for you.
ORDER STATUS
To check on the status of your order, please contact us by phone or through your sales representative during normal business hours.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees will be calculated based on the mode of delivery used. Our trucks will still be delivering most large orders. Partial and small orders may be delivered by Fed Ex and shipping fees will be calculated based on information provided by Fed Ex.
RETURNS
If you have items on a previous order that need to be returned, please contact your sale representative or call WPVS at 417-256-7111 or1-800-658-0273.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
If you currently have an account with WPVS, you will now have the capability of paying your statement balance via Ecommerce through the website. At this time, we are not accepting credit card payments on the website.
